This is AHP's most popular training model. Athletes are thoroughly evaluated using our assessment process on the first visit. We use the information from this first session to create a month-long individualized training program. New clients can expect the first month to be extremely coaching-intensive.
The vast majority of training at AHP occurs in the semi-private format with individualized programming. However, we do have some time potentially available for individuals to train 1-on-1 with our staff. These sessions may be a better fit for those who need to train outside of AHP's regular hours.
Training at AHP may not be feasible geographically for all individuals. These visits may include technique audits, movement assessments, and programming advice. Any athlete who visits AHP for a consult can expect extremely detailed and individualized feedback. From there, the potential to join AHP online is a viable option for most.
We have an extremely unique training option for those who wish to utilize our programming and expertise but cannot train in-house with us. The program is tailored to to your individual goals and updated weekly. Each client has access to a video library, and an online community where they can upload videos of them performing exercises in order to receive feedback from our coaches.
